Daily Wrap Up > How do I know if a firewall is blocking use of the app?

Either an inTEAM consultant should log into the customer tablet via team viewer or ask the customer to perform the following: 

Open the browser and then type in this URL:  https://api.getchoosi.com. If the tablet can reach the site (showing something like the message below), then the firewall is setup correctly and the issue is on inTEAM's end.  If the tablet cannot reach this site, then the tablet is being blocked from accessing the Get Choosi site.  If it can’t access, then try to access the same site from a PC that’s connected to the same wifi network.
