If you have recently had your password reset, you will need to re-login in Online mode with the new password. You will not be able to login with new credentials in offline mode.
You can tell if you are in online mode if you see a green wifi icon in the top right hand side of your tablet screen (see image below). If this icon appears grayed out, you will need to establish a wifi connection to login.
