On the Menu Item module, find the item you want to add a Choosi Display Name to. Once added select the Save button or Save and Close.
If you have a name already in the area but it's not displaying go ahead and delete the Choosi Display Name on the item, save the item (and update the record on the menus), and then add the Choosi Display Name back in and save. Waiting till the next day to see the change is the best practice.
