Deleting a Weekly Menu from the Menu Calendar

District Administrator (DA) users and Building Administrator (BA) users with menu editing capabilities are able to delete weekly menus that appear on the Menu Calendar. BA users without menu editing capabilities are not able to delete a weekly menu from the menu calendar. 

To delete a weekly menu from the Menu Calendar:

  1. Locate the correct menu you'd like to delete by filtering for the correct building, meal session, and date using the filters at the top of the Menu Calendar mceclip0.png
  2. Click on the "Menu" hyperlink on any day of the week of the weekly menu you'd like to delete mceclip1.png
  3. Click the edit icon (mceclip2.png) on the top right hand side of the Menu Worksheet screen mceclip3.png
  4. Click the Delete button from the pop-out window and confirm when ready mceclip4.png
