How do I view my submitted tickets?

To view tickets that have been previously submitted: 

1. 1. Click on the Menu Icon on the top left side of the screen
2. 2. Click on Help
3. 3. Click on Help Center
4. 4. Click on My Tickets
5. 5. All tickets that have been previously submitted can be viewed on this screen. To view an individual ticket, click on the ticket to view details.
