Base Menus help menu planners plan and enter cycle menus that can be reviewed for compliance but are not used for production and don't have production records associated with them.
Base Menus do NOT appear in the Menu Calendar with other production menus. Base Menus are separate from production menus and are ONLY found and created in the Base Menus module (location shown below) in CNCentral. Base Menus are not tied to any particular week or building whereas production menus are specific to both a building and a particular week. Production menus are accessed from the Menu Calendar.
