How do I view the order I placed?

IMPORTANT! You must be logged in to Choosi to see your order history.

Step 1: Select the Choosi App on your smart phone or go to

Step 2: Log in to your Choosi account by selecting the Menu icon on the top left-hand side of your screen. Enter your username and password then click the Sign In button.

Step 3: Choosi will default to showing you the current day’s menu. If you have placed on order for the menu day you are viewing, an orange check mark will show indicating which menu item an order has been place for.

Step 4: If you would like to see a complete order history, you can select the Menu icon on the top left-hand side of your screen, then select the Transactions button to view a list of all of your transactions.

Step 5: To view the side items that you selected with your main entrée for any given day, click on the item either from the Transaction portal or from the daily menu screen. You can also Cancel orders from this item summary page.
