New to inTEAM's Help desk

First time users of inTEAM's Help Center and User Guide will need to create a log-in to get access to certain help articles and submit help tickets. While not required to submit help tickets, creating an account ensures you have a record of all tickets ever submitted by you with the response from the support team.

This log-in will be different than your CNCentral or E-Learning log-in.

To create a log-in:

  1. Click "Sign In"
  2. Click "Sign Up"mceclip0.png
  3. Fill in required information, click "Sign Up".mceclip1.png
  4. Check your email for an email from inTEAM Associates. Follow the instructions in the finish creating your log-in.
