Mapping Labatt Fields to Vendor Item Upload Template
Pack Size
In the Labatt file, the Pack Size information is spread across two columns: "Pack" and "Size." To combine these, follow these steps:
- Open the Vendor Item Upload Template.
- Locate the "Pack Size" column.
- Use the CONCAT function in Excel to combine "Pack" and "Size": It should look like this =Concat(Pack,"/",Size) : =CONCAT(A2, "/", B2)

Vendor Product ID
In the Labatt file, the Vendor Product ID is in the "Item #" field, not the "Vendor Item #" column. Simply use the "Item #" column in the Vendor Item Upload Template.
GTIN
Labatt files do not have a specific GTIN field. Avoid using the "UPC #" column as it may contain values that are not UPCs or GTINs.
Brand Name
Retrieve the Brand Name from the Labatt file's "Label" column and input it into the corresponding column in the Vendor Item Upload Template.
Manufacturer Product ID
For the Manufacturer Product ID, use the "Vendor Item #" column in the Labatt file.
Net Weight (Lbs)
The Net Weight in pounds can be found in the Labatt file's "Net Weight" column. Simply copy this value into the corresponding column in the Vendor Item Upload Template.
