GDSN Connect
The following steps are intended for districts using that do not currently have product information in their back-of-house software or have significantly outdated or incorrect product information. These instructions will guide you in obtaining a report from your customer portal.
- Sign in to the US Foods Direct Ordering website: http://www.foodservicedirectorder.com/
- Navigate to the “Reports” section under “My Business”
- Open the “Business Analytics” page
- Select “Run Report” under “Product Usage”
- Configure the following settings and run the report
- Start Month & End Month: As long a range as possible to include the most products
- Product Attributes: Select “GTIN”
- At the bottom of the page, export the report as Data > Excel
