The following steps are intended for districts using that do not currently have product information in their back-of-house software or have significantly outdated or incorrect product information. These instructions will guide you in obtaining a report from your customer portal.
**Please note if you do have access to export a GFS Velocity Report, please view Requesting Nutrition Information Reports from Gordon Food Service for instructions on how to request information.
If your district wishes to use the information currently in your back-of-house software, please visit the instructions for your specific back-of-house software’s import/export process. Import Export Using BOH Software
Getting GFS Velocity Report
- Sign in and select “Gordon Experience”
- Select “Online Reporting”
- Select “GFS Online Reporting” and Velocity Report Summary
- Enter Velocity Report Summary attributes.
- Velocity Report results with Export options.
- Export report results.
- After the report is downloaded please copy (past Values Only) over the needed information to the Vendor Item Upload template to complete a Vendor Item Upload.
