This guide is designed to provide you with clear step-by-step instructions to help you seamlessly export your ingredients and products from Mosaic. This will create a CSV file that you can use to import into GDSN Connect.

Exporting Data from Mosaic
The following steps describe how to generate the export file from Mosaic.
- In Mosaic, select the "Setup” menu from the bottom left-hand side.
- Select "GDSN Connect" from the list.
NOTE: If you don't see GDSN Connect as an option, please submit a ticket through the inTEAM Help Center and we will work with the Mosaic team to get you set up. - Click on 'Export Data' and then save the file to a location that you'll remember. Depending on your browser, you may receive a notification regarding GDSN Connect export.
NOTE: After clicking 'Export Data', it may appear like it's not doing anything. Please be patient as it may take some time to create the report. You will eventually see a dialog box appear that will ask you where to save the file.
CAUTION: Do not open the file in Excel as it may accidentally result in the loss of some crucial information. Please continue with the next step without opening the file. - Once you have the file, you can import it into GDSN Connect using the Software Item Import process. Instructions for this can be found in Importing Data into GDSN Connect from Other Software.
