PrimeroEdge > Exporting Data from PrimeroEdge

This article serves as a helpful guide for users seeking instructions on how to export data from their current software, specifically PrimeroEdge.

NOTE: Verify that the application has been updated to v13.4.0 or later.

  1. Login and navigate to the System module.
  2. Expand the Administration category and navigate to the Import / Export page.
  3. Select the ‘Ingredient/Item Export’ from the radio option.
    NOTE: If you don't see the Ingredient/Item Export option, please verify that your PrimeroEdge application is on v13.4.0. If it is and you still don't see the option, please submit a ticket via the inTEAM Help Center and we will work with Cybersoft to turn on this functionality.
  4. Keep the Data Source on ‘Local’ and click the Finish button to download the file. Save it to a location for easy reference later.
    NOTE: Do not open the file as this could cause it to become corrupted.
  5. Now that you have the file, the next step is to import it into GDSN Connect. Instructions to do this can be found at Importing Data into GDSN Connect from Other Software (Software Item Upload).
