I forgot my child's Choosi password

 I forgot my password. 

1. Click the Sign In button
2. Click the Forgot Password? Hyperlink
3. Type in the account Username
4. A link will be emailed to you with directions on how to update your password

Note: An email notification will only be sent to you with directions for updating your password if you entered an email address when you logged in for the first time. If you did not enter an email, don't remember, or think you did but still didn't get an email from Choosi, please contact [e-mail] or submit a help ticket.
