Once logged in, you can submit a ticket for any questions you have with Choosi. Please let us know if something is not working correctly.
If you have a question about the food offered, how items are paired together, or any issues with your meal you will need to speak with your Choosi administrator at your school.
To Submit a Help Desk Ticket:
- Click on the Menu Icon on the top left side of the screen
- Click Help
- Click on My Tickets
- Click on + Send a Ticket
- Input your information into the Subject, Category, and Details of the issue
- Please include your full name, school, and district in the details section
- Click the Submit button
