How do I get help/submit a ticket?

Once logged in, you can submit a ticket for any questions you have with Choosi. Please let us know if something is not working correctly. 

If you have a question about the food offered, how items are paired together, or any issues with your meal you will need to speak with your Choosi administrator at your school. 

 

To Submit a Help Desk Ticket: 

  1. Click on the Menu Icon on the top left side of the screen
  2. Click Help
  3. Click on My Tickets
  4. Click on + Send a Ticket
  5. Input your information into the SubjectCategory, and Details of the issue
    1. Please include your full name, school, and district in the details section 
  6. Click the Submit button
