Sometimes an item can’t be found within the Nourish to Flourish Database. For those situations, users can set up an item and enter all the information manually. This is integrated into the Vendor Item Upload, but users can also do it one at a time from within the Vendor section.
To Add an Item Manually
- Click on the “Vendor” module, then select the [+] sign and click “Add New Item”
- A Item Detail page will display. On the “Item Info” tab, fill out the required information indicated by a red asterisk.
- Complete the “Nutrients and Meal Components” tab and “Inventory Setup” tab by filling out the required information indicated by a red asterisk.
- Select “Save and Close”
The item will now appear on the Item List for that Vendor
